    “St. Méloir liegt günstiger als zunächst gedacht. Nach Cancale ist es ein Katzensprung, auch St. Malo ist innerhalb von 15 Min. erreichbar. Die Strände, je nachdem wohin man möchte, sind zwischen 5-15 Min. Fahrtzeit erreichbar und es gibt zahlreiche weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten, die man innerhalb von 30 Min. erreicht.
    Im Ort ist eigentlich alles Lebensnotwendige vorhanden: Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, Reitausstatter, Ärzte, Waschmöglichkeit, Supermarkt. Sämtliche Einrichtungen sind zu Fuß in max. 10 Min. erreichbar, eher 5 Min. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Bistrot Chez Henry, das mittags und abends großartige Küche zu kleinstem Preis bietet.”
