    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt an der Ecke vonhanden, ca. 100 Meter, Laden hat von 6-23:00 geöffnet. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten vorhanden, aber deshalb fährt man ja auch nach Prag. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und einen Park zum Entspannen dirkt in der Nähe”

Der fußläufige Weg zur Prager Burg ist 2.500 m und mit tollen Aussichtspunkten über die Stadt gespickt. Auch kann man den Park queren und zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen. Andererseits hat man mit der Straßenbahn und auch in der nahe gelegenen Metro-Station hervorragende Anbindungen in alle Stadtteile. Fußläufig gibt es Lebensmittelgeschäfte und auch einen größeren Supermarkt, Kaffees, Restaurants etc. Das Fußballstadion von Sparta Prag ist sowohl zu Fuß als auch bequem mit 2 Tram-Stationen erreichbar. Auch die Exhibitionhall (Marathon Messe) ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch dort ist noch einmal ein toller Park gelegen. Der Standort ist sehr empfehlenswert.”
