Villa al Mar Orient looks directly out to sea, situated in the Sa Pedruscada estate just a few metres from the Son Moll beach in Cala Rajada. Its very privileged position and being set in an immense, well tended garden with age-old pines, its swimming pool and spacious terraces give an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity very difficult to find nowadays. The Villa has retained its colonial style despite having been completely and very tastefully refurbished in the comfort and luxury expected nowadays. There are six double rooms all with bathrooms, hair-drier, individually controllable air-conditioning/heating and satellite TV. General terms and conditions of provider
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
