    “The town was lovely and on the doorstep was Cavtat, a fabulous town set in a picturesque bay. Further down (15 minutes) was the beautiful town of Dubrovnik with great bars and restaurants.”

    “Het huis is gelegen in een dorpje dus niet te midden van andere vakantiehuizen, kleine supermarkt op 500 m waar je ongeveer alles wel vindt, wandelpad vertrekt naast het huis waarbij je o.a. op 45 min naar Cavtat kan wandelen. De regio Konavle is niet zo gekend maar er is veel veel te ontdekken en ook Montenegro is niet ver. Op 20 min ben je met de auto in Dubrovnik , moet je zeker gezien hebben maar wij waren blij naar de rust van ons dorpje te kunnen terugkeren. Een aanrader om te bezoeken vonden we Ston, op 1 uur rijden, en het eiland Korcula als daguitstap.
    De Kroatische kust met zijn kliffen, rotsstrandjes en helder water (snorkelen!) is natuurlijk prachtig”
