    “Der Ort Zanca ist sehr abgelegen von allen anderen Orten.
    Es gibt nur 2 kleine Lebensmittelläden, die Sie mit dem Wichtigsten versorgen können.
    Fußläufig ist der Strand in ca. 30 Minuten bergabwärts zu erreichen, was aber auch heißt, dass Sie für den Rückweg mindestens 15-20 Minuten länger einplanen müssen, da es wirklich steil bergauf geht. Als Ausgangspunkt für Mountainbiker denke ich, ist Zanca ganz gut.
    Die Straßen der Insel sind sehr kurvenreich, da es sehr gebirgig ist. Das nächstgelegene Gebirgsdorf von Zanca aus ist Marciana (ein richtig schnuckeliger Ort) und in ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt zu erreichen. Die Fahrt nach Portoferraia oder Capoliveri dauert ca. 45-60 Minunten mit dem Auto.

    Elba ist wirklich eine wunderschöne Insel, die ich jederzeit für einen Urlaub weiterempfehlen kann. Ich, jedoch, würde mir entweder in der Nähe von Portoferraia oder Capoliveri eine Unterkunft mieten.
