    “Die Umgebung ist sehr schön mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden und auch nach Roskilde und Kopenhagen ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Wer an Kunst und Kultur interessiert ist, kann lokale Spezialitäten genießen. Lumsås selbst hat eher wenig zu bieten, der Discounter ist allerdings nicht weit und hält das Standardsortiment von 8-21 Uhr bereit. Ansonsten ist es nicht weit nach Havnebyen, wo es Restaurants und frischen Fisch gibt.”

    “Der Strand ist urig und hat viele Facetten: von steinig bis sandig mit kleiner Steilküste und Wald. Es gibt ein größeres Waldgebiet zum Wandern oder Spazieren gehen. Das Städtchen ist nichts für Shoppingqueens, aber für alles Lebenswichtige gibt's einen Supermarkt, ein Bauernhof am Ende des Ravensvej und für die kleinen ein Eisladen.”
