“Ruhig und abseits von Touristenströmen gelegene Unterkunft in dem zur Gemeinde Lauco gerhörigen Ort Trave (ca. 700 mtr Seehöhe) mit schönem freien Blick auf die Bergwelt der Süddolomiten. Umfangreichere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im sechs Kilometer entfernten Villa Santina. Zuführende Straßen könnten nach Schneefall bei fehlendem Allradantrieb problematisch sein.
Die zuständige Kundenmanagerin der Albergo-Diffuso-Kette war hilfsbereit, umsichtig und kompetent. Erreichbarkeit von Sehenswürdigkeiten: mit dem eigenen KFZ in 35 min die regionale Hauptstadt Udine, in 1,5 Stunden Triest in 2 Stunden Venedig, in 1,5 Stunden die Adria-Küste bei Lugnano - jeweils bei Nutzung der kostenpflichtigen Autobahn ( 100 km geschätzt 8 €).
Insgesamt ein erholsamer Urlaubsort, inbesondere um die karnische Bergwelt (z.B. Forni di sopra, Plockenpass oder Sauris di sopra) kennen zu lernen.”
