    “Brötchenholen ca. 1,5km, aber keine Chance, irgendwo im Ort den PKw zu Parken. Supermarkt mit Sauberkeit und großer Auswahl in Andora oder Albenga: Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes viel Dreck, Müll, Flaschen im Gebüsch und an den Straßenrändern. Strandschirm und Liegen ca. 20€ pro Tag, halbe Bier etwa 5€. Kurzum: alles überteuert, nur kurzes Husten kostet (noch) nichts. Müllabfuhr schaute sich die Tonnen nur an und fuhr weiter. Der Altort selbst ist sehr schön, mit den typisch südländischen Gassen und dem touristischem Angebot. Auch Kaffee und Gebäck hat hier einen relativ normalen Preis.
    Es gibt eigentlich kaum ein Plätzchen freien Strand, wo man sein Handtuch ausbreiten könnte. Alles voller bunter Schirmchen- ist halt nicht Spanien. Der Versuch, den berühmten Nachbarort Alassio zu besuchen, scheiterte an dem Hindernis, seinen Pkw irgendwo im Umkreis von 1km vom Stadtkern abzustellen- also ohne Stadtbesichtigung wieder zurück!”

    “Riesiger Sandstrand, Wanderwege, wildromantisches, authentisches Fischerdorf, das noch das geblieben ist.. ohne den Tourismus nicht zu vergessen. Viele Möglichkeiten, auswärts zu essen. Jeweils am Freitagmorgen Markt an der Riviera. Zahlreiche kleine Geschäfte, ein Supermarkt, in dem praktisch alles zu finden ist. Alle 20 min Bus nach Alassio, falls man das Shoppen nicht lassen kann.”

Nicht total überlaufen, feiner Sandstrand, sauberes Meer etc. Restaurants findet man etliche in jeder Preisklasse und in den meisten ist man sehr kinderfreundlich. Zum Shoppen muss man bedenken, dass man in einem kleinen Ort ist. Wenn man aber will, kann man auch hier Einiges finden. Die Busverbindungen in die nächsten Ortschaften sind sehr gut ausgebaut.”
