“Wir kennen diese Umgebung recht gut und bei der Anreise machten wir einen Grosseinkauf beim Coop in Venturina, ansonsten fuhren wir nach Massa Maritima. Gastronomie in Massa Martima und in Montieri. Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung. Es finden sich Angebote in einem Ordner im Haus. Mit Kindern würde ich nicht in dieses abgelegene Haus gehen. Sport-und Freizeit, etwas weit entfernt. Das Preisniveau stimmt mit den Gegebenheiten.”

“Obwohl die Lage landschaftlich wunderschön ist, erhält sie hier trotzdem nur vier Punkte. Wer sich ganz der Ruhe hingeben, wandern, schwimmen und mountainbiken möchte, befindet sich am richtigen Ort. Für entspannte Ausflüge nach Florenz, Siena, Arezzo etc. sind das Grundstück bzw. Gerfalco jedoch recht abgelegen. Dennoch ist es mit einiger Fahrzeit durchaus möglich, diese Ausflüge zu machen.”
