    “Sympatyczna, spokojna miejscowość [pominąwszy ruch na drodze dojazdowej do Mont Saint Michel]. W położonej tuż obok domu restauracji można przyzwoicie zjeść. Położenie miejscowości zapewnia możliwość zwiedzania zarówno Bretanii jak i Normandii, co jest dużym atutem. Wada to praktycznie brak zaopatrzenia spożywczego. Najbliższa piekarnia jest w odległości 5 km., a sklepy nawet 10 km. Dostęp do morza też nie należy do najłatwiejszych.”

    “In Courtils is helemaal niets te doen. Er zit een snackbar annex souvenirwinkel en dat is het dan. De bakkerswinkel was gesloten toen wij er waren. Omdat in het nabijgelegen (15 autominuten) Avranches alle voorzieningen aanwezig waren, vonden wij de rust echter wel prettig.

    De afstand tot de stranden en de wat grotere plaatsen was echter wel wat ver. Normandië is sowieso zodanig groot dat het vrijwel onmogelijk is om alle bezienswaardigheden in 1 vakantie te zien. Nog een keer teruggaan dus.”
