    “Coin de campagne assez isolé et très calme. On entend un peu les voitures qui passent sur la route en contrebas, mais peu de trafic et aucun risque d'être vu. Il faut aller jusque Castiglione in Teverina (environ 6 km) pour trouver des commerces et un petit super-marché. Il y a aussi un petit super marché à Lubriano (un peu plus loin). Pour une vraie grande surface, il faut aller jusqu'à Orvieto (grosse quinzaine de km). Orvieto vaut le détour, très jolie ville perchée sur une haute colline et à laquelle on peut accéder en funiculaire. Depuis les villages proches de Lubriano et Bagnoregio, on peut voir des paysages splendides aux falaises rougeoyantes. Et le vieux village médiéval de Civitá di Bagnoregio est un vrai bijou. Á 20 km, Bolsena et son beau lac. Mais les plages ne sont pas terribles du tout. Le mieux est d'aller jusqu'à Capodimonte (plages plus propres), mais c'est à une heure de route.”
