"With the best customer service in the test”

“Stiftung Warentest”, a German consumer protection organisation, has taken a closer look at internet portals for holiday apartments and houses. To our delight atraveo claimed one of the top positions in the test with an overall result of “Good” (2.5).

We were especially happy about the acknowledgment of our customer service: "With the best customer service in the test” – so the resume in the magazine “test” (Issue 11/2013, p. 77). Also positively emphasised was the good availability via phone and email with above average ratings being achieved in the respective categories.

Birgit Krywalsky, Manager of atraveo Customer Services, is subsequently proud of the entire team. “This last summer season we achieved a new record mark in respect to bookings. The test judgement is a great recognition for the performance of the team during peak season.”
In accordance with the motto “5 star service for everyone” we place particular great importance on professional advice and reliable booking processing. In doing so it is about one thing: That our customers have a great time when on holiday.

Very satisfactory for us is also the assessment in regards to the offered transparency towards customers. In the test report it was positively highlighted that compared with other competitors customers could clearly see with atraveo which owner or operator was their contractual partner. Further praise was given that the cancellation conditions were clearly and comprehensibly communicated during the booking process so that the customer in case of a necessary cancellation was not confronted with any unexpected costs.

At the same time we know that the test report is no reason to rest on one’s laurels. The overall result of 2.5 is pleasing but is also below that what we expect from ourselves. Our objective is and remains: The best website for holiday home vacation on the entire internet.
