Dort kann man nicht nur das Moor entdecken, sondern es gibt viele Wanderwege die es zu erkunden gilt. Das schwarze Moor ist wirklich interessant und für jung und alt eine Empfehlung.
    Rings um Bischhofsheim gibt es viele Mountainbike strecken, dadurch ist dies auch ein interessantes Reiseziel für Sportbegeisterte. Im Winter kann man auch mit einem Ski Lift auf den Kreuzberg fahren, sodass der Ort auch für Wintersportfans geeignet ist.
    Im Ort gibt es viele Restaurants und es ist für jeden Geldbeutel etwas dabei. Uns hat besonders das Kaffee Zauber gefallen. Dort gibt es sehr leckeren selbst gemachten Kuchen und guten Kaffee. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gemütlich und auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, sodass man sich wie im heimischen Garten fühlt.”
