    “Die Stadt Alberobello hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Diese große Ansammlung von Trullis ist schon etwas Besonderes, prägt den Stil und ist deshalb besonders sehenswert. Wir waren erstaunt, wie viele Veranstaltungen in den 14 Tagen dort stattfanden (Modenschau, Konzert von 2 Italienischen Schlagerstars, Prozession usw). Dabei sind Alt und Jung auf den Beinen und man trifft sich abends zum Austausch. Die Menschen dort sind sehr angenehm und es gibt es nettes Miteinander. Tagsüber werden zwar einige Touristengruppen durch die Stadt getrieben, aber in der Vorsaison ist das alles verhalten. Die Region Apulien ist insgesamt eine Reise wert. Wir waren viel unterwegs mit dem Mietwagen und haben neben Alberobelleo viele andere schöne Orte gesehen.”

    In de omgeving van Alberobello zijn vele leuke dorpen en stadjes, zoals Locrotondo, Martina Franca,, Ostuni, Monopoli etc. Het leuke van deze omgeving is dat er in de zomermaanden veel op cultureel gebied wordt georganiseerd; muziekfestivals (jazz, klassiek), opera, films. En allemaal in de openlucht. De afstand tot zee/strand is ongeveer 18 km. Zeer goed te doen.
