    “Agerola is een niet toeristisch boerendorp zonder enige franje en met heel aardige mensen. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het ligt hoog boven zee, waardoor de avonden wat koeler zijn . s'avonds komen veel jongeren uit omliggende dorpen naar San Lazerro om iets te drinken of een ijsje te halen. Er is een prachtig uitzicht over de baai.
    Als je van wandelen houdt kun je je hart ophalen. Je kunt via trappen naar beneden naar de strandjes, of via ruige wandelingen naar Amalfi of Positano. Ook kun je natuurlijk nog verder de bergen in.
