    “Leuke en mooie plaats, waar verschillende dingen te doen zijn op cultureel gebied. Veel winkels, restaurants en bars. In onze week was er ook een middeleeuws evenement met vele kraampjes, erg gezellig. Santiago de Compostela is uitstekend met de trein te bereizen. De omgeving is ook mooi om met de auto te verkennen.”

    “The town was lovely. It was not a place I had ever thought to visit but my friend from university was getting married in the town. Her husbands family lived in the area.
    Having only been to the main Spanish tourist resorts before this was very different as not many people spoke English so a lot of pointing at maps was needed. The tourist information offices though did have fluent English speakers.
    We arrived in festival week which was fantastic, there were lots of music and exhibitions and interesting things going on.
    There was also a lot to do in the area, so much so that we didn't get a chance to do all of it, so would be very tempted to go back in the future. I have enroled on a Spanish language course now on the hope of returning and making the visit even more enjoyable.”
