Holiday apartment on two floors with a Jacuzzi and a sea view

The apartment enjoys a quiet location about a five-minute walk from the old town.

This modern and generous holiday apartment is spread over two floors and has a living and dining room with an open kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The living and dining room provide a sofa bed for a child or young person, a dining table, a Smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, all the necessary appliances and plenty of cutlery and crockery. The bedrooms all have a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom. Two bathrooms have a shower, a washbasin and a toilet, while the third has a bath, washbasin and toilet. There is also a fourth separate toilet. The master bedroom with an LED TV and en-suite bathroom with a bath has a balcony with a view of the old town and the sea.

The outdoor area with a terrace, comfortable garden furniture and a Jacuzzi measures 120m².

All the rooms are fully air-conditioned and have wireless Internet access. The apartment has a separate entrance with an intercom.

The central but nevertheless quiet location is much appreciated. Within a five-minute walk you are in the old town, with several restaurants and cafés, as well as sights worth seeing such as the cathedral and several museums. It is also quick and easy to get to the beach.

    “Perfect property, pictures very reflective, everything in order, extremely clean, well decorated, light and airy feel throughout, great space inside and out. Memory foam beds were cherry on top, highly comfortable to the point everyone said they didn’t want to get out of bed! Hot tub was super with fantastic views of the Old Town and fort (which was lit up at night) and surrounded by quiet (apart from our giggles!) No noise or intrusion from neighbours throughout our three night stay, outside felt very private (we were group of five girls celebrating my 40th). Plentiful supply of towels for both showering and post hot tub! Solid WiFi for all our devices. Need to take care on marble and glass inside stairway, not recommended for young kids. Niko was the perfect host, extremely prompt in responding to all queries on arrival and whilst at property, and even met us to take our bags to the house on arrival/to taxi on departure. There are a few steps to the apartment (maybe thirty at a guess) no issue for those that are fit but a little bit of a workout for those that were not! :-)”
