Small holiday complex with six units and a community pool

This complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is located halfway in between Guia de Isora and Playa San Juan

It is six kilometres from Playa San Juan and the beach, three and a half kilometres to Guia de Isora and eight kilometres to the Abama Golf Course.

The 6500 m² property boasts six units with Wi-Fi access and a heated swimming pool (8 m x 8 m) with a wooden deck, a large patio, which are communally used. The pool area is furnished with plenty of sun loungers.

This holiday home with high end furnishings accommodates up to six people and offers a stunning location and beautiful 180° ocean views. The open plan living room boasts a living area and a kitchen/dining area and is furnished with a sofa bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m) for two and a modern electrical fireplace. The modern kitchen unit is furnished with a 4 burner ceran stove, an oven with a microwave, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a water filter, an espresso machine and more. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (2x90x2.00m) and wardrobes. The bathrooms boast a shower, a bidet and a toilet; one of the bathrooms is ensuite. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also available. High end towels, bath robes and bedding are supplied.

The entrance area to the holiday home is via a traditional Spanish inner courtyard with a small water feature. From the heated community pool (8x8m), you can enjoy views of the tropical garden and the ocean. The Finca is in a quiet location amidst beautiful mountain scenery with very few neighbours, protected from view.

The sun terrace with a pergola runs along the entire length of the house and is accessible from the living room and to both bedrooms via glass doors. A beautiful wicker lounger for two, sun loungers and a dining table with six chairs is available for your enjoyment.

    “Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft. Wir hatten in der Anlage das alleinstehende Haus gemietet, das neben dem Pool separat und nicht einsehbar liegt. Es gibt noch 4-5 weitere Appartements, die im Haupthaus oberhalb des Pools liegen.
    Eine sehr gepflegte, moderne und qualitativ hochwertige Einrichtung. Die Aussicht auf das Meer, den Ort Playa San Juan, Gomera und abends den Sonnenuntergang ist einfach toll. Schon die Begrüßung spät abends in tiefdunkler Nacht war sehr angenehm und freundlich (unser Flug hatte sich deutlich verspätet). Auch der Pool liegt wunderschön. Tischtennisplatte inkl. Schläger und Bälle war auch vorhanden. Mehrere Yoga Matten lagen zur freien Benutzung aus. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an pudelwohl gefühlt und den Urlaub richtig genossen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist für geplante Ausflüge hervorragend. Sowohl die zahlreichen Strände an der Costa Adeje oder bei Los Gigantes, der Teide Nationalpark, oder auch interessante Bergdörfer (z.B. Masca) sind alle innerhalb von 30-60 Minuten erreichbar. Damit ist auch klar: Ohne Mietwagen geht hier gar nichts. Die wundervolle Aussicht „bezahlt“ man mit einer Lage am Hang, mitten im Nirgendwo. Die beiden größeren Orte Guia de Isora und Playa San Juan sind mit dem Wagen innerhalb von gut 10 Minuten erreichbar. Noch ein letzter Hinweis: Die letzten Kilometer zur Anlage sind „abenteuerlich“ und nichts für Angsthasen, besonders bei Anreise im dunkeln. Fazit: Eine tolle gepflegte Anlage, ein wirklich modernes Haus, eine tolle Lage mit super Aussicht. Genuss pur. Uns hat es richtig gut gefallen. Daumen hoch.”

    “Uitstekende villa op een leuk afgesloten en overzichtelijk terrein. De meeste andere appartementen waren niet bezet met uitzondering van de laatste dag toen 4 jonge kerels zeer nadrukkelijk aanwezig waren. Waarom die gasten daar zaten en niet in bijv Los Cristianos of Las Americas is me een raadsel. Verder heerlijk gehad daar. Prachtig terras, schitterend uitzicht en iedere avond kregen we 'bezoek' van een nog niet nader geidentificeerde nachtvogel die een zeer bijzonder geluid produceerde. We hebben hem maar gedoopt als waku waku.
    Prima voorzieningen en prettige ontvangst.
    Al met al geweldige vakantie gehad.”
