This nice timbered house with a thatched roof is located in the first row from the sea. It offers a beautiful view of Svendborg Sund, especially from the terraces. The location is as beautiful as described in a poem by HC Andersen. The house is a listed building. It offers a beautiful view, especially from the terrace. The interior has a rustic style. Take a walk through Troense and admire the half-timbered houses, for which the city is known. The marina is located 500 metres away and is very lively, especially in summer. The Valdemars Castle is located 3 km away, which in addition to providing historical insight, also offers rental of segways, bicycles and kayaks, a good place to dine at the castle's restaurant and Denmark's largest mini golf course. Concerts and exhibitions are also organised at the castle.
