This is a guesthouse with three holiday apartments at the heart of Ulmen, in a quiet location in a residential district near the market square, the Ulmener Maar and the castle ruin. The official spa town is surrounded by several villages, forests and lakes in the Eifel, to the north-west of the Moselle.

The holiday house is spread over three floors. The ground floor is occupied by the barrier-free holiday apartment atraveo no. 986169, which can accommodate up to four people and provides 65m² of living space. The apartment has a private terrace and is suitable for those with physical disabilities or wheelchair users. The first floor houses holiday apartment no. 986174, also for four people and of the same size, featuring a balcony. The attic apartment no. 986177 of 55m² is ideal for a holiday for two. All three apartments have a bedroom with a double bed. On the ground floor and first floor, a third and fourth guest can sleep on a fold-out sofa bed in the living room. All the apartments provide a fully-equipped kitchen and satellite TV.

The ground floor and the first floor apartments each have their own terrace and the latter also has a balcony. Garden furniture, a grill and grill area are available. Your pet is allowed. You can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee. The owners are happy to help arrange rehabilitation at the Physiodom.

If you do not feel like self-catering for a change, there is a pizzeria right around the corner. It is about 300 metres to further cafés and restaurants. A wide range of shops, from a discount store to a supermarket, are a kilometre away. You can relax at the Ulmener Maar just 300 metres away. The castle ruins are within walking distance 350 metres away. There is a tennis court 500 metres away.

Holiday Apartment in Ulmen with Private Terrace

You can enjoy a comfortable stay in this holiday apartment with modern furnishing and 55m² of living space on the second floor. It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with an integrated kitchen-diner, and a bathroom. The bedroom provides a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) with two separate mattresses each 90cm wide, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, so you can read a good book before going to sleep. The daylight bathroom has a bath with a folding shower screen, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror and cupboard, and a WC. The fully-equipped kitchen-diner has an extendable dining table with two chairs for meals together, as well as a dishwasher, a stove with an oven, fridge and freezer and the usual small electrical appliances (coffee machine, kettle, toaster), for convenient and comprehensive self-catering. You can makes yourselves comfortable on the three-seater sofa and an armchair and enjoy relaxing after a day trip.

    “We hebben 5 dagen het appartement gehuurd. Een kwartier voor aankomst hebben we gebeld en we werden heel hartelijk ontvangen. De huisbaas liet ons alles zien en waar we op moesten letten. De woning was heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hadden ook de garage erbij gehuurd. Zo konden onze auto en fietsen achter slot en grendel staan. We hebben een aantal heel leuke dagen gehad in Ulmen.”

    “Wij kunnen dit appartement zeer aan bevelen. Bijzonder goede conditie van alle apparatuur, sanitair of overige benodigdheden, tevens was het appartement zeer schoon en licht. Uiterst vriendelijk ontvangt door gastheer. Zeker een aanrader !!!”

    “Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete und ausreichend große Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern inmitten von Ulmen. Ulmen ist ein kleines Städtchen direkt an einem Maar. Es gibt hier einige Wege zum spazieren und Gassigehen. Hunde sind in der Ferienwohnung erlaubt. Mehrere Supermärkte, 2 Apotheken und ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen sind in direkter Nähe oder nur ganz wenige Minuten Fahrt entfernt. Die Röhrenfernseher haben uns (da wir hier manchmal lasen, dass welche große Flachbildschirme brauchen) nicht gestört, da wir ja auch im Urlaub dort waren und so gut wie nie TV geschaut haben. Kleines Manko war (zumindest in der Zeit in der wir da waren, soll laut Vermieter aber bald behoben sein) dass es kein WLAN gab. Das hätte uns weiter nicht gestört, da wir ja mit unseren Handys zur Not ins Internet gehen könnten. Da wir aber ganz großes Pech mit dem Auto hatten und wir uns daneben auch für Aktivitäten, die wir uns vorher herausgesucht hatten aber so nicht mehr gab (Reiterhof), Alternativen heraussuchen wollten hätten wir ziemlich dringend Internet gebraucht. Bestimmte Netze sind fast in der kompletten Eifel praktisch nicht vorhanden. Trotzdem haben wir uns den Urlaub mit Eifelpark, einem anderen Reiterhof, Moselbad und Burg Eltz sowie eben der schönen Ferienwohnung und der Pizzeria direkt neben an nicht verderben lassen. Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten gibt es dort noch einige mehr und wir würden auch immer wieder in diese Ferienwohnung mit den netten Vermietern kommen.”
