The two holiday apartments near Zell am See for 2 to 14 people are ideal for families or groups and can be booked together or seperateley (1305093 and 1306597). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, absolutely quiet, providing a lovely view over the whole valley as far as Zell am See and to the mountains. Horses and cows graze all around.
The apartment on the ground floor is suitable for the disabled. On the ground floor it has an arolla pine bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a spruce bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a double washbasin, shower and WC. The apartment on the upper floor provides two further bedrooms in arolla pine, a children’s bedroom for a travel bed, two bathrooms and a big balcony. All the bedrooms have double beds (180 x 200cm) made of arolla pine wood, which promotes healthy sleep and lowers the heart rate. The apartments have under-floor heating, parquet flooring, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a fireplace stove. Three of the four bedrooms have an additional sofa bed (140 x 200cm) and the sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200cm) can also be used.
The ground-floor apartment also has a terrace and a little fenced garden. A private swimming pond is also available. There are three parking spaces in the car port and three in front of it. Dogs are allowed. Children ski lift is available without charge in the village. You can get buns in a distance of approx. 300 m.

A cross-country skiing trail runs right past the house. There are shopping facilities about 3km away.
