The apartment is part of a modern holiday residence and is ideal for a family holiday. Owing to the quiet location on the highest mountain at Menaggio, it affords a lovely panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of a new building and provides around 90m² of living space. It has modern, quality furniture and can accommodate six people. There is a spacious bedroom flooded with daylight, with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm). The living room has a sofa bed for two people (160 x 190cm) and above it there is an open gallery with two single beds (90 x 200cm). It is an ideal retreat for children, as you can look down on the living room. The kitchen, the dining space for six people and the living room are in one room. The fully-equipped kitchen unit provides everything you need for preparing meals: an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment also has heating, two fans, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Free wireless Internet access is available.
The living room has an adjoining furnished terrace with a wonderful view of the lake. You can enjoy the view with a glass of wine or a cup of tea and relax after a trip or tour. There is a little garden in front of the entrance area. The residential complex also has an area for shared use, with a lovely pool with a panoramic view and a washing machine. The site is completely fenced. There is a secure, private parking space for your car.
It is about 500 metres to a little supermarket. The accommodation is only a kilometre from the Menaggio golf club.
