The apartment is located in the attic of a single-family dwelling inhabited by a couple. The solar heated pool (7x4 m) is accessible via a staircase from the balcony. The apartment has been rebuilt and is in excellent condition. Our house is located in the outskirts, to the south with a clear view. The apartment with 60 square meters (without balcony) has the following rooms: - Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and wardrobe - Bathroom with shower, bath, 2 washbasins, WC - separate toilet - Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher - Living-dining room with dining table, living room table, couch, TV - large balcony with garden furniture The outdoor pool is open from may until september depending on the wheather.

The bathroom has a shower with toilet, separately next to the bathroom is another guest toilet. Over the balcony a staircase leads to our beautiful outdoor pool with sunbathing area. Please note that the outdoor pool is open from may until september depending on the wheather.
