This is a cosy holiday apartment on the second floor with use of a garden, quietly situated in a residential district with several single-family houses at the heart of the historical little town of Kastellaun. You can walk to many amenities nearby. The town is at the foot of the Hunsrück, in natural surroundings, centrally located between the Rhine and Moselle in the Rheinland-Pfalz.
The well-equipped holiday apartment provides 70m² of living space and is on the second floor. The sloping ceilings clad with wooden panels, the whitewashed walls and a modest décor characterise the apartment, exuding a cosy atmosphere. The hallway with a wardrobe leads to the bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room-kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed an TV, a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a separate WC. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140 x 200cm) with bedside tables on either side, a generous wardrobe with a mirror, and an additional dresser, providing ample storage space for your luggage. You can relax in the living room on the pull-out sofa bed with a footrest and an additional armchair, with a flatscreen TV and satellite receiver for entertainment in the evening. The fully-equipped kitchen has a corner kitchen unit, with ample worktop space, enabling comprehensive self-catering with a stove with a four-zone ceramic hob and an oven, a double sink, fridge with freezer compartment, and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
