Country home with a sun terrace, a covered patio and a pool near the beach

This holiday home is located in a quiet location at the edge of Cala Ratjada near the beach and popular tourist destinations.

The country house was entirely renovated and newly furnished in 2013. The 150 m² property offers room for up to six people. The house offers three air conditioned double bedrooms. The spacious living/dining room is furnished with a sectional, a fireplace, a flat screen satellite television and a large dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is fully furnished with a gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The bathroom offers a bathtub, a double sink, a bidet and a toilet. The second bathroom offers a shower, a toilet and as sink. Wireless internet access is available.

The property has a 23 m² salt water pool, making the use of chlorine redundant. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers. Enjoy the covered patio or sun bathe on the sun terrace with a decorative fountain and the green house with fruit trees and ornamental plants. There is also a barbecue. Upon request, a Baby Secur can be installed on the pool, making it child proof. The house has a garage, where you can park your car.

It is 100 meters to the ocean and 200 meters to the beaches Son Moll and Sa Pedruscada. It is ten minutes to the centre and the fishing harbour and two kilometres to the old town of Capdepederas. Other beaches and coves in the vicinity include Cala Agulla, Cala Gat, Cala Mesquida, Es Carregador and Font de Sa Cala. In a 5-15 km perimeter, you will find four golf courses: Capdepera Golf, Pula Golf, Son Servera Golf and Canyamel.

The vicinity offers many beautiful options for aquatic sports, such as scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, etc. The proximity to the natural reserve Parque Natural de Llevant offers an abundance of hiking and bicycling trails. We also recommend a visit of the fortress in Capdepera, Arta's caves, the gardens of the Cega Tower, Canyamel Tower, Arta and Ses Païses.

    “Lage des Hauses gut,
    Sauberkeit könnte besser sein (Schimmel an den Gardinen in einem Schlafzimmer, Besteck dreckig, Haare auf dem Boden in den Schlafzimmern), Mixer defekt , Kapselkaffemaschine defekt, Klimaanlage in einem Schlafzimmer lief das Wasser ins Zimmer (dem Vermieter über alle Punkte informiert),
    ansonsten gut ausgestattet und sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt”

    “Das Haus ist in diesem Sinne empfehlenswert, da es sich in einer guten Lage (Nähe zum Ort und Strand)
    befindet und wirklich gut ausgestattet ist. Was uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen hat war, dass es nicht sauber war. Wir haben als erstes die Arbeitsplatte gründlich gesäubert, die alten, gebrauchten Spülschwämme in den Müll geworfen und uns neue Lappen und Schwämme gekauft.
    Ich weiß nicht, ob es in Spanien so üblich ist aber die Schränke waren voll mit angebrochenen Lebensmitteln und im Kühlschrank haben wir auch Einiges vorgefunden (zum Glück verschlossen). Die Badezimmerschränke waren gefüllt mit angebrochenen Shampoo und Duschgelflaschen, fanden wir sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
    Das Haus und der Garten an sich sind wirklich schön, die Einrichtung, gerade in der Küche und den Badezimmern müsste dringend mal renoviert werden.
    Wir hatten trotzdem einen tollen Urlaub, also vier Sterne für Haus und Lage, leider nur zwei für die Sauberkeit.”

    “Gute Lage. Sehr geräumiges Haus. Ausstattung war gut und für 6 Personen ausreichend. Pool war auch okay. Ein Minuspunkt: Es gab keinen geeigneten Grill!!”
