Quietly situated holiday house with modern furnishing, a balcony and a great view
This newly furnished, comfortable holiday house welcomes you for a relaxing holiday by the Müritz. The detached holiday house with a balcony, terrace and garden is on the edge of a holiday house estate to the north of the locality. You can enjoy the most pleasant days of the year with a view of the lake, cooking together, going on extensive cycle tours and enjoying water sports.
You only need to unpack and relax. The fully-equipped holiday house is available for your dream holiday, either as a couple, with friends or as a family. The house can welcome up to six guests and provides 97m² of living space on two floors. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a shower room with a WC, and an open, fully-equipped living room-kitchen with a flatscreen TV and fireplace stove, access to the terrace and stairs to the upper floor, which comprises the second bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a separate living room that can also be used as a third bedroom, with a comfortable sofa bed and access to the furnished balcony, and a bathroom with a bath and WC. The comfortable sofa bed can be used by a fifth and sixth guests, as it has a slatted frame (160 x 200cm). The room also provides a flatscreen TV, a wardrobe and bookshelves. In the first two bedrooms, the double beds have a bedside table and reading lamp on either side. The centrepiece of the apartment is the open living room-kitchen, which enables convenient and comprehensive self-catering with quality appliances and a large worktop block. A dishwasher, a four-zone ceramic hob with an oven, a Cafissimo coffee machine and a fridge with a freezer compartment are provided. You go past the fireplace stove to the dining space with six comfortable leather chairs for meals together or sociable time together in the evening. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV wih a satellite receiver provides entertainment. Plenty of daylight gets in through the external doors, so this room is pleasantly light. The bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated wall cupboard and mirror and a WC. All the windows and terrace doors are fitted with insect screens and external blinds.
The site features a generous terrace with six cushioned garden chairs, two benches, two sun loungers and a fireplace grill. When dining outdoors, you can enjoy your time out with a view of the lake. The balcony with four chairs and a table looks out over the Müritz path around the site. The site has two car parking spaces right by the house. There is a garden shed for parking bikes.
The grass beach and the lake are just 100 metres away. The beach facility by the holiday park with a sandy beach is about 300 metres away. There are cafes and restaurants within a walking distance of 200 metres awaiting your visit and it is 2km to shops and supermarkets in the centre. It is worth going on trips in the surroundings rich in nature, such as Müritz National Park.
