Three holiday apartments in a guest house, with a balcony, grill and parking space, just 200 metres from the sea
The guest house has three holiday apartments to let, with private balconies and shared grill terraces in a quiet residential area near the beach. It is on the edge of the village, on the south coast of the Peljesac peninsula and at the foot of the highest mountain on the peninsula. The village looks out towards the island of Korcula opposite. The peninsula, which juts far into the Adriatic Sea, is accessed from the mainland about 50km to the north of Dubrovnik.
The three holiday apartments are on the first floor and have identical interiors, each measuring 35m². Each apartment has a double bedroom, a kitchen, and a sofa bed for a third and fourth guest. The apartments provide a modern bathroom, as well as a well-kept interior. They can be booked either individually or in combination with each other.
Outside each apartment has a balcony with comfortable garden chairs and a dining table for dining outdoors. You can enjoy a fabulous view of the sea and the old part of the village. There are also two shared terraces with grills and there is a shared, private parking area on site for a total of five cars.
It is just 200 metres to the sea, and shops, cafés and restaurants await your visit within 200-500 metres. The area has a pleasant climate and Mediterranean vegetation, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with long beaches. Enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine and a good local wine. For those who like active holidays, it is possible to go kite surfing and windsurfing (600m), as well as mountain climbing on Sv. Ilija. A tennis court, a sandy beach and the next largest town with entertainment are about 2km away, where there are also ferries and boat trips to the island of Korcula opposite.

This holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house and provides 35m² of space, comprising a bedroom with a double bed, a living room-kitchen with a dining table, a kitchenette and a sofa bed, as well as a shower room and a private balcony. The bedroom has a French double bed measuring 140 x 190cm, with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. The living room-kitchen has a sofa bed that can be pulled out for two further guests, and you can relax on it after a day trip. A wall-mounted TV with satellite channels provides entertainment in the evening. The kitchen unit has a two-ring hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a kettle. The shower room has a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with a mirror and a WC. The apartment also has a free wireless Internet connection. Bed linen and towels for four people are included.
