Apartments in a resort by the sea, with a shared pool
The resort is in the little tourist town of Vodice, which is known as the flower town, and the region is famous for its natural beauty, with two national parks.
The resort has two types of fully-furnished accommodation with a terrace. The apartments are just 30 metres from the crystal clear sea and the beach. They all offer either a full or partial view of the sea. All the apartments provide satellite TV, a direct telephone line, wireless Internet access, air conditioning and a parking space. It is a wonderful holiday destination for families and young people looking for entertainment.
The beautifully designed outdoor area with plenty of greenery hast wo lovely pools, a big pool of 200m² and a kids’ pool of 25m², with fresh water and massage systems, automatic cleaning regulators andmany parasols and loungers in the pool area.
The a-la-carte restaurant with a kitchen open all day is right by the sea and offers Dalmatian dishes with a touch of own creativity. Try the typical dishes of the region, excellent fish and meat and excellent wines. You can relax in the quiet ambience of the bar lounge, listen to the relaxing sound of the sea, enjoy the wonderful view and try the popular cocktails and refreshing drinks. The friendly staff are happy to assist with any queries.
The town of Sibenik is a 10-minute drive away and the two airports at Split and Zadar are each a 45-minute drive away. The Kornati and Krka Waterfalls national parks are also within easy access. In summer there are many festivals in the region.

This apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It is characterised by spaciousness and furnishing and fittings of a high standard. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. The air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen has a sofa bed for two people, two armchairs, a TV and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer and coffee machine. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet.
You can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden from the 26m² terrace with garden furniture.
