Spacious and bright holiday flat with a sunny patio, only a few minutes from the beach

The 85 m² apartment is located in a small building with three apartments. The flat was last renovated in 2012. It comfortably accommodates four people.

The holiday flat offers two air conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.80 m x 1.90 m) and the second one with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). One bathroom boasts a bathtub, a sink and a toilet and the second bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. The bright and spacious living room is equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there is a satellite television, a DVD player, a dining table, a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen unit, separated from the living room with a bar, is furnished with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The washing machine is located in the basement. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.Fibra 600mb

    “Es fehlt die Möglichkeit ab Oktober zu heizen und Handtücher zu trocknen.”

    “Ich denke, die Gäste wussten nicht, wie man die Klimaanlage benutzt. Gerne hätte ich den Gästen geholfen aber leider hat sich niemand bei mir gemeldet und um Hilfe gebeten- Es gibt zwei Sätze Handtücher pro Person und es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen überdachten Trockenbereich.”

    “Thanks to landlady Rosa for the very nice vacation - apartment was perfectly tidy and clean, all the features mentioned in the description were there (kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven, electric grill, salt / pepper, vinegar, oil etc; air con working, more than enough towels), even the beds were already made.
    Beds are comfortable, we got an additional baby bed, the solution with 1 bedroom with bath en suite and the other bedroom separately is perfect for families with small children - they do not hear you using the bathroom in the night :-)
    Apartment is about 100-150 m away from the beach; beach is clean and not too big, also perfect for familys.
    We'll come back soon :-)”

    “Mooi en ruim appartement, met een groot balkon op het zuiden. Je auto kun je in de garage zetten. Omdat we 's avonds laat pas aankwamen had de eigenaar alvast wat boodschappen voor ons neergelegd, zodat we 's ochtends konden ontbijten. En op de 2e dag kwam ze even langs om te vragen of alles naar wens was. Wat een service!”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Sehr gemütlich und man hat alles, was man braucht. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist groß und auf der Sonnenseite. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Ein Auto ist allerdings ein Muss.”

    Lage: Nahe an der Badebucht; Supermarkt und Zeitungsladen fußwegig erreichbar

    Sauberkeit: sehr gut; zuverlässig gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche
