This charming semi-detached house is located in the picturesque town of Volosko, close to Opatija. The traditional villa originally dates back to 1830. There are two entrances to the house, one through a staircase from the street, and the other through the garden that is laid out on several levels and covered with Mediterranean plants. A hot tub is also available. Enjoy walks to the beach and also on the 12 km seaside promenade. You can enjoy boat trips to the nearest islands of Kvarner Bay or visit the Ucka Mountain to get a whiff of pure and fresh mountain breeze. The homeowner provides a parking ticket for parking, around 100 metres away.
