This charming three bedroom holiday home was constructed in 2014 and offers a fresh and modern décor. It is well-equipped for a relaxing holiday in the Languedoc region with an open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, a bathroom, an outside swimming and several covered terrace areas from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains. The holiday home is nestled in the small town, within a natural setting, close to the banks of the Cèze River. Its location between the Cevennes, Provence and the stunning Mediterranean coast ensure that it is a great base from which to explore this picturesque region. The lovely seaside resorts such as Grau du Roi are roughly a hour and a half drive away and the gorges of the Ardeche are situated just a few kilometres away. There are plenty of activities on offer in the surrounding area including canoeing, walking or mountain biking. The caves at La Cocalière and La Salamandre, the thermal baths at Fumades les Bains and the tree climbing course at La Grand Bois are also popular attractions.

    “Sehr nette Vermieterin, unkompliziert, Übergaben waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist neu, die Ausstattung top: elektrische Toreinfahrt, elektrische Garage, Kameras, Bewegungsmelder und Alarmanlage. Pool toll, sauber, leider war es zum Schwimmen zu kalt (Oktober). Positiv: durch Tür abgetrennt, damit für Kleinkinder keine Gefahr, unbeaufsichtigt in den Pool zu fallen. TV mit allen frei empfangbaren deutschen Programmen, WLAN relativ schnell. Lage: mitten im Wald an einer wenig befahrenen Straße. Im Nachbarhaus Pizzaverkauf. Küche, Toilette und Bad mit einer Lüftungsanlage ausgestattet, deswegen keine Gerüche im Haus. 3 Schlafzimmer, eins mit Doppel- ,2 mit je 2 Einzelbetten. Ein Bad, eine separate Toilette, deswegen für eine Familie geeignet. Das Haus liegt relativ abseits, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 10 km entfernt, dafür Lieferung von Backwaren ans Haus möglich. Kritikpunkt: nur 2 Töpfe vorhanden, dafür viele Pfannen. sonstiges Geschirr ausreichend vorhanden. Guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region (Tropfsteinhöhlen, Nimes, Uzes, Pont du Gard u.ä.) zu erkunden. In ca 300m vom Haus beginnende Wanderwege. Ideal zum Entspannen oder für Outdooraktivitäten.”
