This fabulous little holiday house with a flowery garden terrace welcomes you in a quiet and central location free of traffic, by a little stream and very close to the historical market square in Quedlinburg.

The narrow little timber-framed house on three floors welcomes you into a nostalgic and very cosy atmosphere, characterized by exposed support beams, a natural stone wall and a carefully chosen interior. Whilst the layout and many elements evoke past times, you can still enjoy a comfortable stay, owing to the comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The living space of 64m² comprises an open ground floor with an integrated kitchen, stairs up to the upper floor, and a dining room with access to the garden terrace in the rear courtyard. The first floor provides a cosy lounge with a comfortable sofa, a rocking chair and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a TV USB port. This floor also has a bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, a washbasin with an illuminated mirror, a window and a WC. Further stairs lead to the bedroom on the second floor, with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and bedside tables and reading lamps on either side. In the rear part there is a double-door wardrobe with a wall mirror. The open kitchen unit on the ground floor enables self-catering with utensils, a four-flame gas stove with an oven, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. A compact stereo system (CD/MP3/DVD) can provide a musical backdrop to your stay. Bed linen, the final cleaning and wireless Internet access are included in the antiallergenic apartment.

In the rear part of the dining room, a double external door leads out onto your garden terrace with flowers. It has a dining table and three chairs, inviting you to dine outdoors. A parking space can be booked optionally per day.

Owing to the location at the heart of the old town, there are cafés and restaurants awaiting your visit 100 metres away, as well as a shopping facilities. The historical town centre with its impressive timber-framed buildings is a UNESCO world cultural heritage site and has many museums. There is a swimming pool 300 metres away.
