Medieval stone house that was originally built for defence purposes, with a total of four bedrooms
This detached house is near a little bay and just a few kilometres to the west of the town of Korcula.
The four-star house with its thick walls was extensively restored in 1998. In total it has three floors and about 200m² of living space. The ground floor has a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed and satellite TV. There is an adjoining, fully-equipped winter kitchen with all the essential electrical appliances (oven, stove, fridge) and with a dining space. There is a bathroom with a WC and there is a room with a pool table. To the rear there is the summer kitchen, which is additionally equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Right next to it there is a bathroom with a toilet. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and air conditioning, while the third has two single beds. The top floor has a fourth bedroom with a balcony.
There are terraces on the north and south sides, with stone tables and chairs. There is also a higher terrace with a stone table and stone benches, affording a great view of the surroundings and the pool.
The property is on a 5000m² plot of land with a garden. You can cool off in the pool and relax on the pool terrace. There are also parking spaces and a grill area, which you can use at any time. There is a little chapel on site. It is just 100 metres to the beach. The nearest shopping facilities are just 250 metres away. There are restaurants 70, 150 and 400 metres away. It is four kilometres to Korcula.
