Villa Orizzonte is located on a gentle rolling hill in the town of San Costanzo, and is part of a residential complex of four other houses completely independent from each other. The amazing location allows magnificent views of the sea and the Adriatic coast; in less than 10 minutes you can reach the beach and the city of Fano and Marotta, offering all kinds of services and attractions for a pleasant holiday.
Set into 3 floors, the house is equipped with an internal lift for the maximum comfort of its guests. It has a private entrance, an outdoor fenced courtyard, a modern kitchen with a central island, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. The Villa is characterized by furniture and decorations of ultimate design, spacious living rooms, with windows overlooking the sea.
In the semi-ground floor, you will find the very large and extra-accessorized kitchen, which leads to the dining room decorated with designer tables and chairs. Still on this floor, there are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with double shower. On this floor you will also find the laundry area.
On the first floor, the living room/TV room leads to a large balcony where one can admire the sea for hours. This floor is also equipped with a bathroom.
Upstairs there is a superior double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and 2 single bedrooms with a single bed each and a bathroom with shower.
The pool is located in the centre of the common garden and guests can use reserved sunbeds.
