Apartment in Wilhelmsfehn with Private Parking

This holiday apartment is on the ground floor of a very well-maintained house in quiet surroundings. The house is just outside of the town of Wiesmoor, right by a canal.Comfortable holiday apartment with a terrace on the south side in a very well-maintained house, not far from a lake where you can swim

The apartment is set up especially for a family with up to five people. It has a bedroom in a rustic country style with a big double bed (180 x 200cm) and a further bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200cm), as well as a bedroom with a big bunk bed (90 x 190cm). The apartment measures more than 70m² and has a light, modern kitchen including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and crockery. You can sit comfortably in the living room on the corner suite and have direct access to the terrace. A telephone, digital satellite TV (flatscreen) and wireless Internet access (2GB free) are provided as standard.

The south-facing terrace looks out into the garden. The site with its own park (ca. 20,000m²) offers plenty of space to relax. The park features two garden gazebos, garden loungers, several benches, a lawn, water features and a bordering deer enclosure. Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. A free safe is available for use in the apartment.

It is about 2km to the Ottermeer (swimming lake with a sandy beach, pedalos, hiking trails etc.). Various shops, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets are within a couple of minutes by car. It is about 600 metres to a bakery and a butcher. There is a little grocery shop a few minutes away by bicycle.

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ausstattung, der Sauberkeit und dem Komfort. Gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz für alle Mitreisenden. Besonders gut war der Spielplatz für die Kinder. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war hervorragend. Die Lage ist deshalb zu empfehlen, weil man bequem alle umliegenden großen Städte anfahren kann. Wenn es nicht jeden Tag die Küste sein soll, ist dies ein echter Vorteil, wobei es bis zur Nordseeküste ja auch nicht weit ist. Bei wechselhaftem Wetter ist dies sicherlich ein Erfahrungswert.”
