The detached holiday house on two floors is located in the Lucca hills, in Montecarlo, in the San Martino in Colle area.
The interior space of 80m² is spread over two floors. The ground floor of the house has a kitchen with everything needed for cooking for a family on holiday, such as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The living room is also on this floor and features a fireplace and fine antiques. There is also a practical little storage room, where you can find everything you might need during your stay, such as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first floor of the house has two bedrooms, of which one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and the other with two single beds (80x 190cm), as well as a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. This floor replicates the style of the lower floor. All the rooms have radiators.
Outside the house is surrounded on all four sides with a big garden and a pool. The pool area enjoys a panoramic location and its comfortable deckchairs and parasols invite you to relax. The pool is open from around May to the end of September. The garden is beautifully designed and is full of all kinds of trees and flowers. The site is completely fenced and also has private parking spaces.
Montecarlo is an ideal starting point for exploring the beauty of the famous art cities in Tuscany, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca on the Versilia coast. The area is especially well-known for the production of wine (mostly red) and olive oil. You can also go on walks in nature, even though city activities are available nearby. The sea is about 25km away.
