Convenient studio, centrally located in Seville with a community roof terrace
The 33 m² studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building, where the owner lives as well. The house is located on a road with little through traffic at the centre of Seville. The flat was last renovated in 2012.
A small entrance area leads into the living/dining room with an open plan kitchen. The living room is furnished with a digital television, a sofa bed (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and a small dining table. From here, a narrow wooden staircase leads to a gallery with a double bed (1.35 m x 1.90 m). The separate kitchen offers a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a coffee maker. There is a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a hairdryer and a sink and a washing machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Towels, dish towels and bedding are supplied.
On the top floor of the house is a communally used roof terrace with seating arrangements. A parking space is available upon request. Pets are not permitted.
The studio is located near the Basilika de la Macatena. It is only about 300 meters from the oldest market in town. Shopping facilities and restaurants are located nearby (500 meters). It is 15 minutes on foot to the old town and the cathedral. The train station is 2 km from the property and the distance to the airport is about 9 km.
