These two holiday apartments are in the quiet locality of Stancija Vergotini near the coastal town of Porec, on the west coast of the sunny Istrian peninsula, providing ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday far away from tourist noise.
They each occupy one floor of the two-storey family house built in 2003, which was completely renovated just recently in 2015. Both apartments have their own separate entrance, ensuring pleasant privacy during your stay.
The apartments are about 2km from the Materada beach (awarded the Blue Flag), with crystal clear water and a swimming pool. It is about 1.8km to the centre of the coastal town of Porec. Supermarkets, including a Lidl and a Kaufland, and a good range of cafés and restaurants can be found just 1km away.

The 51m² apartment on the ground floor provides a living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, satellite TV and a dining table with four chairs. Right next to it there is the fully-equipped kitchen with a four-zone gas hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms provide a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed (90 x 200cm) and both have bedside tables with reading lamps, and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed (140 x 200cm). The bathroom comprises a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Internet (wifi) is available and included in the price.
The living room opens onto the terrace, with a table and chairs. A grill in the adjoining garden invites you to spend long evenings outdoors together. There is a secure parking space in front of the house.
