Two comfortable holiday houses newly refurbished in 2015, on an extensive site right near the town and the beach, also bookable individually


These are two newly renovated holiday houses with private terraces on an extensive site, characterised by a comfortable and high-quality interior in a modern style. You can walk from the shared site with a garden and grill area to the beach and the centre with a range of amenities. They are quietly situated in the town centre of a tranquil town on the southern shore of the Stettiner Haff, to the south of Usedom.



You can book a holiday apartment on with a roof terrace on the upper floor of the detached manor house under atraveo no. 966840, for your own exclusive use. It has two double bedrooms and is ideal for acquainted couples or families with children to spend holidays together. Alternatively, you can book the second house under atraveo no. 970862, which is at ground level and has two double bedrooms. The houses can be booked either separately or in combination under atraveo no. 970863 for a holiday for up to eleven people.



Both terraces are fully furnished and invite you to enjoy meals together outdoors. You can enjoy time out and sunbathe on the deckchairs. There is a lawn with loungers in the garden, which also has a grill area with a fireplace grill, as well as parking spaces on the 1800m² site for the use of all guests.



The house is in idyllic surroundings, just 400 metres or a five-minute walk from the beach. Within a radius of 300 to 400 metres from the house you can find shopping facilities, an icecream stand, several restaurants, a baker, or massages. Entertainment is provided by the bowling alley, the tennis court or water sports the same distance away.



Holiday apartment with a roof terrace in a manor house

This generous manor house provides 213m² of living space and has two floors, whereby the ground floor is currently not usable. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a holiday apartment with modern furnishing of around 90m², which meets high standards for a comfortable holiday. The living space comprises two bedrooms each with a generous double bed (180cm x 210cm), with bedside tables and reading lamps on either side, and a spacious wardrobe in front of the bed with mirrors on the doors, providing ample storage space for your luggage. The centrepiece of the apartment is the 30m² living and sleeping room with an integrated kitchen and a generous dining space. You can relax on the pull-out leather sofa (235 x 194cm) after a day trip, with the flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a DVD player and a USB port providing entertainment. The sofa can be pulled out as a comfortable bed for two people. The open kitchen enables comprehensive self-catering with a four-zone hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and many small electrical appliances, from a toaster to a microwave and coffee machine. You can dine together in the elegant dining space with a corner bench and two swivel chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a WC and a towel radiator, as well as a window. The apartment has oil central heating.

You may bring dogs, but they must stay on the leash in the outdoor area.

Mönkebude with its beautiful meadows and forests, as well as its sailing harbour and beaches, is right by the Stettiner Haff, the beautiful Baltic Sea coast in the north-east of our lovely country. It is pleasant to go for a morning stroll in nature with one’s partner or four-legged companion, to get to know the forest, meadows, trees, animals and bushes. However, those who prefer to sun themselves at the beach in a canopy beach chair or on the sand can do so to their heart’s content. The lovely sandy beach is about 400 metres from your accommodation, for relaxing and sunbathing. Young guests can also have fun at the beach and at the new playground, where they can run around. But best of all are evening strolls on the beach, where the sun caresses the sea and you can enjoy the peace and quiet, here at the Stettiner-Haff. Mönkebude offers a wealth of activities. The holiday house is about 400 metres from the beach and sailing harbour area, where you can go on an enjoyable sailing tour. Bicycle hire is also just aroundthe corner. Several massage facilities, a bowling alley and ice cream stands ensure physical well-being.

    “Es muss dringend nachgebessert werden damit das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Negativ: Es wird hier ein Haus angeboten was letztlich eine Wohnung im 1. OG ist. Es ging in jedem Raum nur eine Lampe was nicht optimal ist. Zudem sind in jedem Raum Flecken an Decke/Wand und am Vorhang an den Fenster.
    Leider waren die Matratzen absolut ungeeignet ( was aber auch ein Persönliches Problem sein kann)”

    “Gute Unterkunft, empfehlenswert Positiv: Die große Dachterrasse. Negativ: Es fehlten Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Starker Mückenbefall.
    Im Bad fehlten Haken für die Handtücher. Ausflüge: Ueckermünde - Kleine schöne alte Stadt.
    Schöner Tierpark, vor allem für Kinder.”
