This very welcoming and completely renovated stone villa awaits you not far from Cannes. Its Provençal style furnishings and old solid wood staircases make it a pleasant impression, and guests have a private pool and a summer kitchen at their disposal. The very large property extends on the edge of a forest and is secluded. Next to the swimming pool, which is fenced to protect small children, is the very comfortable summer kitchen. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, and both the kitchen, the living room and the dining room on the first floor give access to the terraces. La Roquette is a small village near Cannes and Mougins. It is 9 km to the beaches that stretch from Cannes to Mandelieu with the Château de la Napoule. Via the highway you can easily reach the center of Mougins (5 km) or Grasse (9 km). Likewise, from this location it is not far to the highway that will take you to Nice (35 km) or Saint-Raphaël (39 km). Steps in the villa.

    “Das Haus war ein Traum. Unsere Erwartungen würden absolut erfüllt. Tolle Waldlage, keinerlei Verkehr, da es das letzte Haus ist. Der nächste Nachbar mindestens 50 Meter entfernt. Man ist völlig ungestört. Das Haus, die Terrassen und der Pool, alles super abgestimmt.”

    “Wir waren total begeistert. Tolles Haus mit Charme. Bestens ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt. Super Swimmingpool mit Beleuchtung, dessen Sauberkeit alle 2 Tage kontrolliert wurde. Außenküche überdacht. Mit Grill, Kühlschrank, Herd und Waschbecken. Toll, um abends dort gemütlich zu sitzen. Haus steht am Ende der Straße. Total ruhige Lage. Perfekt zum Erholen. Gute Ausgangslage, um Ausflüge zu starten. Es gibt so viel in dieser Region zu sehen. Wir können nur schwärmen und werden definitiv wieder kommen. War ein toller Urlaub.”
