This very welcoming and completely renovated stone villa awaits you not far from Cannes. Its Provençal style furnishings and old solid wood staircases make it a pleasant impression, and guests have a private pool and a summer kitchen at their disposal. The very large property extends on the edge of a forest and is secluded. Next to the swimming pool, which is fenced to protect small children, is the very comfortable summer kitchen. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, and both the kitchen, the living room and the dining room on the first floor give access to the terraces. La Roquette is a small village near Cannes and Mougins. It is 9 km to the beaches that stretch from Cannes to Mandelieu with the Château de la Napoule. Via the highway you can easily reach the center of Mougins (5 km) or Grasse (9 km).
