Beautiful House in Saint-André-De-Valborgne with Private Parking

The property is quietly situated in an eight-hectare plot of private land. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the village.

Beautiful, renovated property with a pool on the edge of the village St. André de Valborgne in the Parc National des Cevennes



The house has two floors. The first floor has a big living room with a TV, pool table, DVD player, radio-cassette player, books and games. The living room has a big table for up to 14 people. There are also a highchair and an armchair. The property has a big, modern kitchen with an American fridge, oven, bar counter, Senseo coffee machine, normal coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, cooking rings etc. The first floor has a separate toilet, a storage room, a shower and a washing machine. It also has a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a children’s bed. The second floor provides a bathroom with a bath, shower and washbasin, two bedrooms each with a double bed (140 x 200cm) and a single bed. There is also a room with two single beds, a loft bed and a folding bed. The beds are ready and made on arrival.



The garden has terraces and is surrounded by typical stone walls. There is a hiking trail behind the apartment along the site. There are no neighbours or traffic to disturb you. There are plenty of deckchairs on the terrace along the south side of the apartment. The south-facing terrace has tables and chairs. On the north side there are chairs and tables, as well as a barbecue. The pool invites you to relax.



The village has everything you need: supermarket, bakery, butcher, cafés, icecream shops, a doctor and a tourist centre. Well signposted hiking trails lead out of the village. You can go on trips to Corniche des Cevennes, Ales, Nimes and the famous Pont du Gard etc.
