This beautiful apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a holiday home in the small town of Hüttau in Salzburgerland and offers a great view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the town of Hüttau.

The apartment offers a large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms (one of which has an additional stackable bed), a bathroom, balcony, ski storage room and access to the large garden. You can park directly at the house.

In winter, this apartment is an ideal starting point for winter sports. Just 15 minutes by car from Hüttau is the entrance to Ski Amade, the largest winter sports region in Austria with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts. From Flachau you will be transported directly to the Salzburger Sportwelt, where there are 250 kilometers of slopes and 97 lifts available. The extensive ski areas Kleinarl / Flachauwinkl / Zauchensee and Flachau / Wagrain / St. Johann are the absolute top destinations of the network.

Hiking, cross-country skiing and tobogganing are of course also among the options. In summer, active holidaymakers get their money's worth in the beautiful surroundings, but so do those who are looking for peace and quiet, and the Eben im Pongau adventure swimming lake offers lots of swimming fun in summer!

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in St. Johann im Pongau as well as a good selection of restaurants.

    “Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Es eingnet sich sehr gut für Familien. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Lage, ist gerade für Ruhe suchende ausgezeichnet. Es gehört zu einem Bauernhof, welcher von den Vermietern bewohnt und bewirtschaftet wird. Vom Haus hat man die Wahl zwischen zahlreichen Wander( Ski) wegen.
    Das Objekt liegt ca. 1 km oberhalb der Ortschaft Hüttau. Dorthin führt eine asphaltierte Straße.
    Die Ortschaft ist in 15 Gehminuten [bergab ;-)] erreicht. Bergauf sind es altersentsprechend mehr [ ;-) ] erreichbar.

    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr gastfreundlich. Auch die Hündin Sarah, die Streicheleinheiten sehr gern entgegen nimmt. Auf dem Hof leben 3 Kinder, die sicher sehr gute Spielkameraden für Gastkinder sind.

    Das Preis-Leistungverhältnis ist sehr gut.”
