Villa Las Golondrinas

Villa las Golondrinas is located in a quiet picturesque village with 170 inhabitants. Within walking distance of local shops, cafés and restaurant. Located in a high-quality urbanisation. The property is fully walled and only accessible through the entrance gate with intercom. From the villa you have wonderful views from the terrace on La Vinuella lake and the sea in the distance. Malaga is 55 kilometres away, an hour's drive. If you prefer the shortest route to the beach, drive to Torre del Mar, at a distance of 30 Km. The wonderful lake of La Vinuella is even less than a 15-minute drive away.





With us, all luxury is included in the price. There are 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining room, 2 bathrooms and a very spacious terrace for breakfast with a beautiful view. Space for 6 people and a cot are at your disposal. TV viewing via satellite TV and free Wi-Fi available. Air conditioning both cold and hot is provided in all rooms. For the colder winter months, the sitting room has a built-in fireplace, with free wood. Of course, you can enjoy the beautiful private pool of 5 by 9 metres with outdoor shower, to cool down during the hot summers. Also enjoy our beautifully tended garden. Very spacious terrace around the pool with loungers and parasols. A garage and parking in front of the villa are also available. The villa is equipped with bed linen, towels, all electrical appliances in the fully equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, etc... An outdoor barbecue is also at your disposal for an intimate dinner or a delicious feast with friends. Pool toys for your children are also provided. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.





The house offers three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large patio with gorgeous views, ideal for enjoying your breakfast on. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m each). A child's cot (0.70 m x 1.40 m) is also at your disposal. The kitchen is fully loaded. It is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle and a microwave. Furthermore, you will find two bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a sink.

The property is surrounded by a wall and only accessible with an access code. The patio offers stunning views of the Lake of La Vinuella and the ocean in the distance. Outside you will find a gorgeous pool (5 m x 9 m) with an outdoor shower. Enjoy the well maintained garden. The large patio surrounding the pool offer sun loungers and an umbrella. Make yourself a nice steak on the outdoor barbecue. The kids will love the pool toys available to them.

Wireless internet access is available free of charge and there is a television with satellite reception. All rooms are air conditioned (heating/cooling).
During the cooler season, the built in fireplace, offers a welcome fire (firewood free of charge). A washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are also available. Towels and bedding are supplied. Parking is available in a garage. You can also park your car in front of the villa.

It is about 55 km to Malaga. The closest beach, Torre de Mal, is about 30 km. The beautiful lake of La Vinuella is about a 15 minute drive by car.

    “Zeer mooi vakantiehuis. De foto's op de website tonen echt zoals het is. De keuken is met van alles en nog wat voorzien, bijna zoals thuis. Zeer mooi overdekt terras met prachtig zicht over de bergen. Zalig zwembad ! Echt een aanrader !”

    “In den Bergen, etwas abseits gelegenes Haus.
    Unkomplizierter Empfang, Ausreichend Platz, Möglichkeiten sowohl bei gutem und schlechtem Wetter den Tag zu verbringen, u.a. deutsches Fernsehen.
    Möglichkeit zum Grillen.
    Funktionierende Klimaanlage um Wärme oder Kälte auszugleichen (Oktober 2016)

    Ausstattung umfangreich, leider zum Teil nicht funktionstüchtig (z.B. Waschmaschine)
    Filter des Pools scheint nicht zu funktionieren, deshalb trübes (nicht einladendes) Wasser.
    Reinigung der Räume war gut, jedoch nicht an versteckten Stellen (unter Couch oder Bett).
    Sitzgelegenheiten und Auflagen der Liegen waren recht "angestaubt".
    Es machte sich niemand die Mühe abgelaufene Lebensmittel aus dem Vorratsschrank zu entfernen.
    Ein Bad riecht recht muffelig (Schimmel?) obwohl oberflächlich sauber.

    Insgesamt eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, es fehlt aber etwas die Liebe bei der Instandhaltung.

    “Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Der kleine Ort ist eher unscheinbar und bietet nicht viel. Aber das hatten wir auch nicht erwartet. Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Landschaftlich ist die Umgebung toll und mit dem sowieso nötigen Mietwagen ist man recht schnell in Cordoba, Granada oder auch Sevilla.”
