The two holiday apartments are on the ground floor of a detached house, while the owner lives on the first floor. The house is about 300 metres from the beach and from the sea on the island of Pag, about four kilometres from the town centre of the town of the same name. it is in a quiet residential district of the town, ideal for families and couples looking for peace and quiet.

The two apartments measure around 37m² and are suitable for four people. They consist of a living and dining room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and WC. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 x 190cm) in the living room, or you can make yourself comfortable on it when it is folded out in front of the TV or DVD player. The dining space in front of the open cooking corner, equipped with a hob and fridge with freezer compartment, has a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm) with two bedside tables, as well as a big cupboard. There is a large fan.

Each of the two apartments has its own terrace with garden furniture, from where you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view over the sea and mountains during meals. There is parking space in front of the house. The shared, not fenced garden has a grill which all guests can use.

The apartments are only about 300 metres from the beach and the sea. Within 300 metres you can also find restaurants and everyday shops.
