Cosy holiday house with a garden and a terrace by the sea in a nature reserve

The accommodation is only a stone’s throw from the sea in a nature reserve by the fishing village Sandvik.

The holiday house is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. The spacious kitchen on the ground floor has a large dining table with chairs and is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. Wooden stairs lead to the upper floor, which comprises a living room with a sofa and armchairs, a flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a sofa bed, with large windows facing west and a wonderful sea view, as well as two bedrooms each with two single beds, a dresser and two chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet and there is a separate WC. Free wireless Internet access is available.

In front of the house there is a large terrace with a dining table and chairs, as well as a parasol and a grill. Two parking spaces are available, along with a rowing boat.

The sea is just 50 metres from the house. The locality 2km away has a boat harbour, a sandy beach, a fishmonger, restaurants, cafés and the largest windmill in the north. The accommodation owns a section of fishing waters, providing the opportunity to fish salmon in the spring and autumn.

    “Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Positiv: Vermieter haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Negativ: Hinweis: Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, was sehr nützlich war. Vieles damit leicht zu erreichen: Strand, Supermarkt (ca 2 km), Bäcker (ca. 5 km).”

    “Ausstattung: soweit sehr gut und ausreichend, nur die Betten in der oberen Etage für sehr große Menschen etwas zu klein!!!
    Lage : für uns perfekt zu der Jahreszeit ( Anfang September )
    Zustand: alles ok
    Sauberkeit: alles ok
    Preis Leistung aus unserer Sicht in Ordnung”

    “An Ausstattung, Lage, Zustand, Sauberkeit und den Vermietern gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Es wäre nur schön, wenn in der Beschreibung noch darauf hingewiesen würde, dass man seine Bettbezüge selber mitbringen sollte.
    Ansonsten ist bei der Ausstattung eigentlich alles dabei, was benötigt wird. Die Küche ist neuwertig.
    Die Lage, ca. 50 mtr. von der Terasse ans Wasser, lädt zu jedem Sonnenuntergang über den Kalmar Sund ein.
    Der Zustand des Ferienhauses ist absolut top und die Sauberkeit hängt auch viel vom Vorbesucher ab, haben wir festgestellt.”

    “Ein tolles Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Ständig das Meer vor Augen, den Wind und das Rauschen im Ohr. Klasse. Häuschen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter sehr viel Arbeit in Pflege und Instandhaltung investieren. Ausstattung und Möbel- alles top.
    Vom oberen Stockwerk kann man gemütlich den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer vom Sessel aus beobachten.
    Umgebung ist einfach wunderschön. Sandvik mit der größten Windmühle des Nordens ist nur eine knappe halbe Stunde gemütlich zu Fuß erreichbar.
    Insgesamt eine klasse Zeit, die wir hier verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ist eine ganz spezielle Atmosphäre hier. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.”
