Enjoy a wonderful family or couples stay in this charming garden house from where you can enjoy a no stop breathtaking lake view in the semi rural idyll of Cremia , just a few minute's drive from the many amenities in the famous resort town of Menaggio and close to Lake Como attractions!

The accommodation offers a bright and well laid out ground floor living room which features comfortable sofas and a flat TV for guest's entertainment. The room leads to a sunny and charming garden which is ideal for relaxing with a good book or newspaper whilst taking in the lovely views of the garden and lakeshore. Access from here take you ( at 1 minute walking) to the beach, cafe' and restaurants.

The ground floor also features a spacious and separate fully fitted kitchen made from solid wood and providing all the necessary appliances for a self catering holiday including a gas hob and oven, toaster and dishwasher.

The house provides very comfortable sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people with two bright double bedrooms,
a bright and clean bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin, and bidet.

As well as the sunny lake view garden the property also offers private parking space .

From the property guests can reach the main lakeshore road easily by car, and in 7 minute's can reach the pretty resort town of Menaggio, along the desirable central western shore. The town offers a wide variety of amenities including supermarkets, banks, bakeries, delicatessens, cafes, restaurants, bars, a car and passenger ferry service, a bus service to Como and Bergamo airport and a public Lido with swimming pools and beach.

    “Die Ausstattung war sehr ansprechend und sauber. Die Lage des Hauses weniger, denn die Ortsangabe auf Google entsprach nicht im geringsten der tatsächlichen Lage. Direkt an der stark befahrenen Straße, auf welcher auch nachts LKWs, Autos und vor allem Motorräder durch bretterten hielt den ganzen Tag Straßenlärm bereit. Das nach hinten ausgerichtete Schlafzimmer bescherte einem morgens ab 7 Uhr Baustellenlärm dank eines aktuellen Neubaus. Der Weg zum nahegelegenen Strand führt immer über und an der stark befahrenen Straße entlang. Für lärmempfindliche Menschen und Familien mit Kleinkindern absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ein ruhiges Ferienhaus steht auf alle Fälle woanders. Schade, denn das Haus ansonsten ist wirklich recht nett. Schade ebenfalls, das eine flexible Hausbelegung nicht möglich ist. Wurde zwar ausdrücklich ausgewiesen, aber vom Vermieter/Vermittler nicht gestattet.
