Holiday Apartment in Portimão with Terrace and Barbecue and Panoramic View

The holiday apartment is near one of the most beautiful sandy beaches near Portimão. It is on the third floor, which is the top floor, of the residential building without a lift, so you will feel fit when you reach the top. Up here you will be living in your own world. There are five other apartments in the building that are not occupied by tourists.

The 28m² apartment provides everything you need. The very comfortable double bed (140 x 190cm) in the bedroom has an innerspring mattress and quality pillows and duvets. It has a big window facing north towards the Monchique mountains. There is a little bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin on the southern side of the apartment, with a little window that allows plenty of daylight in. The living room provides a comfortable sofa, a bar counter and a kitchen unit with hand-painted tiles. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. As the windows face north, the apartment does not get hot and air conditioning is not necessary.

The apartment has a 25m² terrace with a fantastic panoramic view in all four directions. A big glass door opens onto this terrace with further seating. It also has a big barbecue, a deckchair and a parasol. As the terrace continues around the corner, you can always find a sunny or a shady spot. Out here you can sunbathe privately, without anyone being able to look in. Above the apartment there is a great roof terrace that you can also use. Free parking spaces are of course provided. Furthermore, the bedroom was equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment is registered as number 7076/AL at the tourism board and has been certified with regard to suitability, safety and hygiene. There is a WLAN connection.

In the café down below in the building or next door in the snack bar you will be treated to an authentic Portuguese ambience and you can buy a delicious espresso cheaply. The omnibus to Portimão or Alvor stops just round the corner. Within 100 metres you can find a minimarket, a hairdresser, a bakery with a café and a lovely restaurant. One of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the world with fabulous cliff formations is just 1.3km away and is considered an insider’s tip, as it is not signposted. It is 2km to Praia de Vau, Prainha and Praia dos dos tres irmãos. It is also 2km to Alvor or the shopping centre in Portimão, as well as to the nearest Aldi or Lidl supermarkets.
