On the upper floor there is the living room with two single sofa beds, a kitchenette and outside a large terrace with a sea view patio, equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs; on the ground floor there are a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, another bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (that cannot be joined together), a bathroom with shower and a small storeroom. The furnishings are simple but comfortable. The Villa has Tv and washing machine. The private parking places are inside the homestead.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out within 9.00. Utilities: electricity, water and gas included. Final cleaning: € 140,00 to pay at arrival. Bed linen and towels: to bring or on request € 20,00 per person per week. Pets: not allowed. Security deposit: € 200,00 to deposit at arrival. Check-in fee: in case of arrival after 8 pm, extra of € 20,00.
