Located on the Côte d'Emeraude and at the gates of the Côtes d'Armor, this vacation property welcomes you in the heart of a very prestigious seaside resort. The pleasant and very bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a residential building with elevator and opposite the port and the sea. Through its large windows you can watch the boats entering and leaving the harbor. You also look out onto the esplanade lined with restaurants and the extensive golden sandy beaches, which can be reached via a walking path (800 m). Go exploring in the surrounding area and experience the medieval town of Dinan, Saint-Malo, the former home of fierce corsairs, elegant Dinard, and the La Rance barrage. It is only 15 minutes to Pleurtuit airport.
