Enjoy the excellent view of the lake Dalsjön. This holiday house has large hot tub and saltwater swimming pool (can be used 1.5.-30.9.). Both are well positioned at the same level and offer a spectacular view of the lake. A small staircase leads to the lake with a private jetty and the moored boat. Relax on a sunny large terrace. The house is exceptionally good. Large sea facing windows, fireplace and a wine cooler make your stay perfect and memorable. The loft is reachable by a staircase and has 2 good beds and 2 thick mattresses. Internet connection with maximum usage of 5 GB / week is provided. A wood-heated sauna is in a separate building. Enjoy swimming in the north end of the lake. Fish for pike and perch in the lake. Visit the zoo in Borås and the town of Gothenburg.

    “Wir waren Anfang Oktober im Haus. Es liegt herrlich mitten im Wald mit Blick auf den See Dalsjön. Leider war es bei uns einige Tage und Nächte windig und frostig. Dafür ist das Haus nicht gut abgedichtet, es zieht gewaltig herein. Die Heizkosten/Stromkosten steigen dann sehr schnell an. Wirklich schön und zweckmäßig ist aber die Einrichtung der Küche und Wohnzimmer, sehr sauber. Den Kamin sollte man unbedingt anfeuern. Er macht herrlich warm. Holz gibt es im Konsum von Dalsjöfors zu kaufen. Im Wohnraum steht ein großer Flachbildschirm mit deutschen Kanälen. Die vollen 5 Punkte gibt es nicht, weil die Schlafmöglichkeiten im Loft (über der Küche) nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen sind. Für ältere Leute gar nicht zu empfehlen (kein Geländer!). Der zweite Schlafraum ist sehr klein, mit einem großen Doppelbett darin. Anziehen in diesem Raum im Stehen so gut wie nicht möglich. Außerdem ist der Einbauschrank viel zu klein. Bettzeug und Matratzen sind unverbraucht und recht neu. Die Toilette ist keine Biotoilette, sondern ganz normal mit Wasserspülung. Dusche ist ebenfalls ein wenig klein, aber gut aufgeteilt mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Wirklich traumhaft ist der Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool. Allerdings treiben diese beiden Wasserbehälter die Stromkosten enorm in die Höhe, wenn wie bei uns, die Außentemperatur teilweise nur Einstellig war. Es wird ja Tag und Nacht beheizt. Alles in Allem ist das Anwesen aber sehr gepflegt. Eine schöne große Terrasse mit genügend Gartenstühlen- und liegen, ein großer Grill ist ebenfalls da. Der Eigentümer kam selbst vorbei, um sich zu erkundigen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er hat dann auch den Swimming-Pool abgeschaltet. Eines ist noch zu erwähnen: am Haus verläuft ca. 4 Meter entfernt ein viel frequentierter Wanderweg vorbei. Hier sollte unbedingt eine dichtere und höhere Begrünung erfolgen, denn man will ja nicht die ganze Zeit die Jalousien geschlossen haben.”
